Tropical gardens diverse and abundant
So much we can’t comprehend
Deserts, rivers and valleys, swamps and prairies
Lakes so clean you can drink or swim
Life here on Earth, there you are
A glorious mystery among a billion stars
Everything depending on everyone depending on each other
There you are
So open the package carefully and don’t expose the contents to the sunlight
Worship the technology and protect the hypocrisy of your comfortable life
The conflict of human interest most generally results in violence
And the nature of our existence demands that we fight to survive
One species against the other, brother against brother
Such strange rules apply
But why?
Life here on Earth, there you are
